Western Outdoor Aquatics Inc. began in
January 1995. In Broomfield Colorado. (Near Denver)
We are family owned and family operated. Our main
objective in l995 was to supply the average water gardening hobbyist
with Koi and Goldfish for their backyard garden pond.
Since l995, we have expanded to a full line of fish, waterplants when
in season and a full line of all your pondkeeping supplies and
pond building supplies. We serve the general public, landscapers, and
other businesses. We strive to give you the best customer service
possible.

We will ask questions about your pond equipment
and construction to find the best solution.

Pond Equipment Loaner Program:
We supply loaner ponds, pumps, aeration, for those who
need equipment to clean the pond, or for those who's equipment has
failed and a new system has been ordered.
Not only sales of products, we also sell repair parts
and upgrade pond equipment.
Returns/Exchanges All returns must be made within 30
days of receipt of materials. Merchandise returned for exchange
or refund must be in sellable condition unless received damaged.
In this event, you must call us at 1-800 651 2559 to notify us
of the problem. We can only refund postage and handling costs if
the return is the result of our error. If you need to exchange a
product the customer will pay shipping charges back to us and we
will pay shipping charges to send out the exchanged item. We
reserve the right that if: Items
returned to us because you changed your mind ( buyers remorse) all
purchases will be
subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.. of the
total purchase of the original order
