| Our primary beneficial bacteria for ponds safe
for fish and plants, it will keep pond water in very good
condition, minimizing string algae growth and keeping water
clear, Must be used with a biological filter system to work
effectively. The bacteria will colonize in the filter media and

Super Start Bead Filter Bacteria
Like most types of mechanical/biological filters,
bead filters rely on the use of a media that provides a high surface
area/volume ratio. This allows for support of the necessary amount of
biomass, in the form of a biofilm, to properly remove organic and
inorganic waste from the water, making it suitable for fish and other
normal aquatic life. Within the biofilm it is possible to carry out
aerobic, facultative anaerobic, anaerobic and chemosynthetic process if
all the necessary bacterial species are present. Consequently, for these
filter to function it is necessary to have proper numbers and distribution
of species Microbe-Lift/ Super Start contains aerobic heterotrophs,
facultative abaerobes, anaerobic and chemotrophic bacteria capable of
carrying out all of the necessary processes for optimum performance of

Helps accelerate the decomposition of leaves, scum,
sediment, and other organic matter during the fall and winter months.
Microbe-Lift Autumn/winter is a 2 part
system. The package consists of one quart liquid bacteria and 2 ounce water
soluble packets with a blend of cellulase enzymes, cellulase - producing
bacteria and a cold weather bacteria. The cellulase enzymes along with
cellulase producing bacteria, are key to accelerating the breakdown of
leaves, organic sediment and sludge all winter long. The cold weather
bacteria and liquid bacteria take care of the initial breakdown
by-products.
| The quart size is usually used in pond to
4,000gallons. The application rate is monthly, both the powder and
the liquid are used for the first two months, the liquid only is
used the last two months.
We have found this product beneficial to help reduce the

| It is said the secret to Japanese healthy,
colorful Koi is the clay mud in which they are raised. Microbe-Lift
/ CMC comes from one of the highest calcium clay deposits in the
world. Calcium based clay may actually help your ponds water to
produce some of the healthiest and deep colored Koi you have ever
raised ( or seen). The Koi markings will become brighter and
more dominant.
Plastic pre-formed ponds, as well as vinyl, cement and rubber
ponds, do not have any nutrients on their bottom. In the wild,
carp actually use mud to get many of their micronutrients and
minerals. Microbe-Lift / CMC has a negative electric charge
which will bind the clay particles to positively charged toxins
in the water. The clay acts as a natural flocculent and the
particles that are bound up are filtered out of the pond.
Microbe-Lift / CMC is not only a nutrient source for Koi, it
will also "polish" your pond water. The clay can
actually help make pond water sparkling clean (polishing).
The temperature band for Koi is 62 deg. - 84 deg F. At 50
deg. F it will take about a week for Koi to digest food. At 45
deg F. it takes about a day, at 70 deg F. food will pass thru in
2 hours. At 70 deg F. Koi will have twice the time to digest
their food of clay is added in sufficient quantities. |
